Garden Clubs & Societies Plant Fair
9 -10 September 2023 – Garden Clubs & Societies Plant Fair at the South Perth Community Hall, cnr Sandgate Street & South Terrace, South Perth. Saturday 8.30am to 4pm, Sunday 9am to 2pm.
Is there anything better than a plant sale? How about a great plant sale? Sponsored by The WA Horticultural Council, this Fair brings together our various horticultural clubs and societies.
Imagine being able to come along to one air-conditioned venue and have all your plant and gardening questions answered by the people who know their plants best and can offer suggestions on how they fit into a water wise and colourful garden?
Now in our fifteenth year, a large variety of plants will be on sale and display by members of the WA Horticultural Council, the umbrella organisation representing amateur horticulture in this great state.
This year’s participants include the African Violet Society, Begonia Society of WA, Cactus & Succulent Society, Cymbidium Orchid Club of WA, Epiphytic Cacti & Hoya Society, Gardeners’ Circle WA, Geranium & Pelargonium Society of WA, Hibiscus Society of WA, Northern Districts Orchid Society, Open Gardens WA, Palm & Cycad Society of WA, Perth Heritage Roses, Rose Society of WA, South Eastern Orchid Society, Wanneroo/Joondalup Orchid Society, WA Bromeliad Society WA Chrysanthemum Society, WA Fern Society, WA Floral Art Society and WA Gerbera Society.
The kitchen will be busy providing home-made treats for morning & afternoon teas, and light lunches.
Our garden clubs do not have EFTPOS facilities so please come with plenty of cash. Entry $5 and refreshments are also cash payments. Sorry for any inconvenience.
